Clayton has lived in NWA for the last 14 years and has been involved in the Real Estate field either as a builder, investor, loan officer, Real Estate agent/broker and is now the Principal Broker/Owner at Blue Dog Realty and Property Management named after his love for the blue heeler dog breed. Clayton is originally from East Texas with a BBA from the University of North Texas. Married with 2 kids he is still active in soccer and has coached in NWA for over 7 years, coaching both his kids in competitive soccer as well as sitting on the Board of Directors for the Sporting Arkansas soccer club for 3 years. When he is not investing, buying, selling, or building real estate he enjoys camping, fishing and spending time with family.

Tara Raza has lived in the Northwest Arkansas region for 15+ years in 3 areas, Springdale, Fayetteville and currently in Rogers. She is well acquainted with the NWA area! She is an ASU graduate with a BS degree in Medical Technology, and worked as a Medical Technologist for 12 years before taking some time off to raise her 3 great children with her husband of 20+ Wonderful years! Tara also volunteered at the local Komen Foundation and at her children's schools. Her energetic and out-going personality combined with her strong family values makes her an outstanding choice in finding your new home!

Brittany Spotts was born and raised in Northwest
Arkansas. She graduated from Pea Ridge High School in 2008. She studied Business Management and Accounting at Northwest Arkansas Community College. Brittany started in Real Estate and Property Management in 2013 as Office Admin, now serving Blue Dog Realty as Office Manager. As the Office Manager Brittany has shown her drive to assist clients with her attention to detail leaving no rock unturned and finding the best solution for all parties. Outside of work Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband Jeremy and little boy whom are her heart and drive. Brittany’s hard work and ability to see things from others perspective is what makes our office run smooth.

Brenda Keosy was born and raised in Amarillo, TX. She moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2002, and graduated at Springdale High School in 2005. Right after high school she studied Business Management and Accounting at Northwest Arkansas Community College. Brenda's been working in retail for the past 8 years. She has a great background in customer service and is loyal to all her clients. Because of her passion to help others she decide to get into Real Estate so she can continue doing what she loves and help others find their dream home. She got her license in August 2017 and is with Blue Dog Realty and Property Management. Outside of work Brenda loves to spend quality time with her family and dogs. She also loves traveling and riding her bike around town.
KENNETH LACHNEY

Kenneth Lachney moved to Northwest Arkansas from Alexandria, Louisiana in 1998. He studied Business Management and Administration courses both at Alexandria High and Louisiana Tech University before proceeding to work in a fast, upscale environment, assuring client delight in Information Systems Technology. Passionate about the growing area, the move to Northwest Arkansas was a natural fit. He continued over the years developing his skills within IT, Customer Service, Sales and Project Management. With encouragement from friends and family, Kenneth started in Real Estate and Property Management at the beginning of 2017 and is with Blue Dog Realty and Property Management. In his free time, Kenneth enjoys various outdoor activities along with his sons. He has raised 4 sons over the years here in Northwest Arkansas and is very knowledgeable of the area. Grateful for an amazing group of family and friends, Kenneth makes sure that new residents are welcomed in a way that has become customary in Northwest Arkansas.
