Clayton Bradford has proudly called Northwest Arkansas home for the past 21 years and brings a well-rounded, hands-on perspective to every client relationship. With experience spanning nearly every corner of the real estate industry—including builder, investor, loan officer, real estate agent, and broker—Clayton now serves as the Principal Broker and Owner of Blue Dog Realty & Property Management, a company named in honor of his love for the Blue Heeler breed. Originally from East Texas, Clayton earned his BBA from University of North Texas. A devoted family man, he is married with two grown children and has remained active in the local community through his passion for soccer—coaching in Northwest Arkansas for more than seven years, including competitive youth teams, and serving for three years on the Board of Directors for Sporting Arkansas. When he’s not helping clients invest, buy, sell, or build real estate, Clayton enjoys camping, fishing, and spending quality time with his family.

Sara grew up in Wisconsin, where she developed a love for gardening and exploring flea markets. "Whether I’m creating a beautiful landscape or finding a unique piece and giving it new life, I find great satisfaction in the process." Wisconsin is also where Sara met her best friend and husband of 30 years. Since then, she has lived in several cities across the Midwest and East Coast, each move bringing new adventures and lasting memories. Having experienced moves both across town and across the country—as well as building two homes from the ground up—Sara understands the process firsthand and knows it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Eighteen years ago, Sara and her husband moved to Northwest Arkansas with their three children and two dogs and built their forever home. Through their children, they discovered so many of the incredible opportunities the area has to offer, and the welcoming community has enriched their lives in countless ways. Sara believes as a real estate agent, helping people find their home is incredibly rewarding. When working with buyers and tenants, Sara draws on her personal experience to help them see the possibilities in each property. Brittany Spotts is a proud Northwest Arkansas native who brings dedication, experience, and exceptional attention to detail to her role at Blue Dog Realty & Property Management. Born and raised in the area, Brittany graduated from Pea Ridge High School in 2008 and went on to study Business Management and Accounting at Northwest Arkansas Community College. She began her career in real estate and property management in 2013 as an Office Administrator and has since grown into her current role as Office Manager. Brittany is known for her strong work ethic, client-focused approach, and commitment to finding the best solutions for everyone involved. Her ability to stay organized, think through every detail, and see situations from multiple perspectives helps keep the office running smoothly and ensures clients feel supported every step of the way. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeremy, and their two sons, who are her greatest joy and motivation.

Michael Reed brings more than 20 years of sales, marketing, and real estate experience to help clients confidently navigate the buying and selling process. A graduate of Louisiana State University, Mike discovered his passion for real estate shortly after college when he purchased his first investment property using a 100% VA loan, renovated it, and later sold it for a profit. That first success sparked a lifelong commitment to real estate investing and client service. As the son of a contractor, Mike has always had a talent for seeing what a property can become. After a successful corporate career and many rewarding years in the Houston real estate market, Mike relocated to beautiful Northwest Arkansas, where they now call Bentonville home. With his extensive real estate knowledge, business background, and approachable personality, Mike’s goal is to make the home buying or selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible—while sharing a few laughs along the way. He is also active in the community, having served on nonprofit boards, as a Den Leader for Cub Scouts Pack 525, chaired scholarship fundraising galas, and volunteered at his son’s school, Old High Middle School.

Kenneth Lachney has proudly called Northwest Arkansas home since 1998, when he relocated from Alexandria, Louisiana. With a background in Business Management and Administration through studies at Louisiana Tech University, Kenneth built a strong foundation in service, communication, and problem-solving before launching a successful career in Information Systems Technology. Over the years, he further developed his expertise in IT, customer service, sales, and project management—skills that now serve his real estate clients exceptionally well. Inspired by the support of family and friends and his passion for the continued growth of the region, Kenneth entered the real estate and property management field in 2017 and has been proudly serving clients with Blue Dog Realty & Property Management ever since. Having raised four sons in Northwest Arkansas, Kenneth has deep roots in the community and a strong understanding of the area’s neighborhoods, lifestyle, and opportunities. Known for his welcoming spirit and commitment to client care, he works hard to ensure every new resident experiences the same warmth and hospitality that make Northwest Arkansas such a special place to call home. In his free time, Kenneth enjoys spending time outdoors and making memories with his sons.

Tara is a graduate of Arkansas State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, and she spent 12 years working as a Medical Technologist before dedicating time to raising her three amazing children with her husband of more than 20 wonderful years. She has also given back to the community through volunteer work with the local Susan G. Komen Foundation and at her children’s schools. With her energetic, outgoing personality and strong family values, Tara is a trusted and compassionate guide for clients looking to find the perfect place to call home.
